In warranty service (1-5 working days)

We provide our customers with a service covering all levels of repair, which includes the following activities:

L0: Device replacement or accessory replacement, Software update,
L1Component replacement (without soldering)
L1+: Component replacement (with soldering)

The expected turnaround/repair time may vary depending on the manufacturer. (1-5 workdays)

Before using any repair, we ask that you save your personal data (phone numbers, SMS, photos).

Our service does not deal with data backup, and assumes no responsibility for the data stored on the device!

Out of warranty repair

If you use a service beyond the warranty, our technicians will prepare an official quotation for the costs incurred in connection with the repair of your device.

The fee for the preparation of the preliminary device inspection and quotation 5.000 HUF, which will be deducted from the total amount if the offer is accepted.

If the quotation is rejected, the inspection fee will be charged.

Our service does not undertake the installation of the brought/used parts.

Physical damage, liquid damage, and repairs beyond the warranty period would be covered under warranty repairs.
